At Arctic Trucks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and hangtags remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
